Productivity is a skill that needs to be constantly honed. We cannot control time, but we can use it more efficiently. Wake up earlier.
Even if you are not a lark and it’s very difficult for you to wake up early in the morning, you still can train a good habit and have a chance to become an early bird. Try to gradually accustom yourself to waking up earlier. This will give you extra time for work, hobbies, and other stuff.
Do not use the phone or other devices immediately after sleeping.
